It's time to heal...
Integrated health care in a calm Mullumbimby clinic.
Mullumbimby Remedial Massage and Integrated Health is a calm, welcoming clinic offering remedial massage, Ayurveda treatments and liver detox support in the heart of Mullumbimby. This space was created as a gentle alternative to rushed, impersonal treatment settings, with a focus on care that feels grounded, thoughtful and genuinely tailored to each person who walks through the door.
Clients visit from Mullumbimby and across the Northern Rivers, including Byron Bay, Ocean Shores, Bangalow, Ballina and Lismore. Many come seeking pain relief, nervous system support or a more integrated approach to wellbeing. Others simply want a regular place to return to when their body needs time, attention and care.
Meet Flavia
Welcome to my world of holistic health and wellbeing, where I am passionate about the human body, its intricacy, the mind–body connection and empowering women to be the best versions of themselves. I believe in taking control of our health through diet, lifestyle changes and natural healing, rather than relying solely on pharmaceuticals to treat symptoms.
My own transformative healing journey started in 2013 when I joined the Ayurveda College in Byron Bay. Since then, I have been committed to learning and living the art of healthy living. From 2015 to 2018, I ran a practice in Sydney alongside my beautiful sister, where I supported many women in taking charge of their health and living more fulfilling lives.
Now, I am excited to share my knowledge and experience with you at Mullumbimby Remedial Massage and Integrated Health, which has been a dream come true for me. This clinic is an expression of my values: gentle, personalised care, respect for the body’s intelligence and a deep belief in the power of natural healing.
I am constantly learning and growing. I am currently specialising in women’s health according to Ayurveda with the international Ayurveda school Escola Yoga Brahma Vidyalaya. I also hold a range of qualifications, including being a Certified Integrated Health Practitioner since 2021, a Registered Remedial Massage Therapist since 2019 and an Ayurveda Lifestyle Consultant since 2015.
I cannot wait to welcome you to this peaceful and inviting space and work together toward your health and wellness goals. When you are ready, you are warmly invited to embark on this healing journey with me.
A place for integrated, holistic care
Holistic integrated health brings together remedial massage, Ayurveda treatments and liver detox treatments under one roof. Rather than treating a single area or symptom in isolation, care focuses on what is happening in your body and life as a whole. Treatments are adjusted according to how you are feeling on the day, with room to combine or rotate approaches over time.
This integrated model means you do not have to choose between physical, emotional or energetic support. You can work at the level that feels most relevant — whether that is easing muscular pain, calming an overactive mind, supporting digestion and detox or simply resting deeply.
How this clinic supports you
Every person arrives with their own story, history and priorities. Rather than following a rigid formula, we begin by listening — to your symptoms, your concerns and how daily life has been feeling in your body. From there, we use holistic integrated health to explore the most suitable support, whether that is:
- Targeted remedial massage for pain, tension or injury support
- Ayurveda treatments for nervous system balance, sleep, stress and deeper restoration
- Liver detox treatments for gentle, structured detox support
A calm, grounded space
The environment of care matters as much as the treatment itself. The clinic setting is intentionally peaceful, with a slower pace that allows you to arrive, settle and breathe before your session begins. Many clients share that simply entering the space helps their body start to relax.
Seeking support can feel vulnerable, especially when you are in pain, exhausted or not feeling like yourself. Our aim is always to offer care that feels safe, attuned and respectful of where you are at.
Our connection to the Northern Rivers community
Mullumbimby and the wider Northern Rivers hold a strong culture of holistic integrated health in the natural health, community and conscious living. This clinic is part of that landscape. By offering integrated remedial massage, Ayurveda and detox care locally, we hope to make it easier for people to access supportive, holistic treatments close to home.
Whether you live in Mullumbimby, Byron Bay, Ocean Shores, Bangalow, Ballina, Lismore or are just passing through, you are welcome here.
